		<description>Instead of white wine you can substitute chicken broth.  If you are concerned about alcohol, it does cook off and is non-alcoholic.  However, there are some times when it seems inappropriate to use wine.  For instance, I made my chicken pot pie at the camp I work at and felt uncomfortable using wine in the recipe, since it was for kids.  I replaced the wine with extra chicken broth and it still tasted great.  Enjoy!</description>
