That's a damn lot of brownies for two people! It all sounds delicious, though. Poor Ina! I've always been convinced by something in her face that Jeffrey cheats on her. She obviously overcompensates by trying to stuff him with too much food...

I had the Kashi Chicken Florentine for supper and was really impressed! It was very tasty with lots of "real" spinach (my favorite vegetable). I have purchased one of each to try, but I'm confident that I will be adding these to my new healthy lifestyle...at least once or twice a week = )

Wow.. I'm glad you picked that one up - if the rest of the recipes are as good as this one, it was worth the money.

They are beautiful and quite droolworthy!

It's really two pounds of chocolate. Next time, I was thinking I would use maybe 1 pound semisweet and 1 pound bittersweet for a nice change. Good luck with your babkas!

So THAT's how you roll babkas! I made the recipe published on NPR before Easter, without really paying attention to technique until I got to the point where I needed to form the loaves -- and for the life of me, couldn't figure out the instructions. These are easy -- and will get me to try babkas again. Thank you!!! PS Just checking. Do you really mean two POUNDS of chocolate? Wow. No wonder it's good!!

Enjoy! This is definitely a dish I will make again! I always used to have a problem with dry chicken in my Asian cooking adventures, but the marinating step and "velveting" the chicken really did a great job! I highly recommend that step in particular!
